How much does shipping and cash on delivery cost?
Orders up to €59 are charged €3 in shipping. Cash on delivery courier service costs €2. Orders over €59 in new collection items come with FREE shipping throughout Greece. Orders with discounted items / offers are charged €3 in shipping. Orders to abroad have different shipping costs depending on the destination.

How can I return or exchange one or more products in my order?
Changes are accepted within a maximum period of 14 days from receipt of the package (the package must be returned to our address within 14 days) with a total shipping cost of 6€.
After this period, changes - returns are not accepted
If you received something and want to proceed with a change, please inform us within 3 days of receipt by phone at 2273027588 or by email info@artistishop.gr and send it back immediately after approval by our changes department so that we can receive it within 14 days of receipt, always in its original condition with the barcode tags and the proof of purchase necessarily together in the transparent bag you have received. You can inform us in your email which item you are interested in replacing so that we can reserve it for you until your return arrives or proceed with a new virtual order to reserve the product by writing "change" in the comments.
The customer may, if he does not find an item available in his size within 14 days for a change and replacement of his original purchase, have the right to receive a credit voucher minus the exchange and cash on delivery costs and use it for a future purchase in our eshop (the credit voucher is valid for 1 year).
If you do not find something to exchange during this period, you can keep your credit balance and use it in a future purchase without any commitment for the product, in this case you will only be charged 6 euros in total for the shipping costs of the exchange and the new shipment. You can keep credit for any item you acquired from us, new collection, offer, discount, Black Friday, bazaar.

Who pays for the change?
The cost of the change is borne by the customer and you can use any courier you wish, alternatively we suggest you use our courier with our fee and a total cost of your participation/change of 6€ if you use ACS. In this case you add a recipient fee, i.e. ours, and you deposit this amount with us or calculate it into your change cost.
How is the refund done, what is the process and what are the fees?
The refund to the customer will be made by the same means by which the initial collection was made. Specifically, in the case of a charge via credit card as follows: in the event that the price has been paid to the COMPANY by the Bank by the time of withdrawal and return of the item, the COMPANY will be obliged to inform the Bank of the cancellation of the transaction and the bank will proceed with any action provided for in the contract it has drawn up with the customer. Following this notification, the company bears no responsibility for the time and manner of execution of the reversal, which is regulated by the aforementioned contract. The reversal procedure (full or partial) for credit card charges is carried out exactly as the card was charged. If the charge has been made in one go, the refund will be made in one go, while if the charge has been made in installments, then the refund will also be made in installments. In the case of payment by cash on delivery, the customer will indicate on the parcel or in an email the IBAN that he wishes to receive his refund. In the case of payment by bank transfer, the refund will also be made by bank transfer to the same account of the customer.
Are the products authentic and how is this proven?
All products of artistishop.gr are branded and 100% authentic from the respective design-manufacturing-sales company (Brand) and from our team and undergo quality control at many stages in order to avoid defective items.
In case you consider that you received a defective item, it is sent to us for inspection and there must be the accompanying official document (receipt). It is enough to contact us before shipping at tel. 2273027588 or at email info@artistishop.gr within 3 days of receipt without removing the tags or washing, wearing, using, etc. after removing the tags or using the product, the product is considered used and is not accepted for return by the companies.
In case the product proves to be defective after inspection by the brand manufacturing company, it is replaced or repaired at the company's discretion. Artistishop is an official reseller and not a manufacturer, so the procedure followed for defective products and repairs and replacements is that defined by the policy of each cooperating company. After the product is returned to our store, it is returned to the manufacturing company for inspection and resolution of the issue and we will inform you when we have a response from them.
