In case you consider that you received a defective item, it is sent to us for inspection and there must be the accompanying official document (receipt). It is enough to contact us before sending it at tel. 22730-27588 or at email info@artistishop.gr within 3 days of receipt without removing the tags or washing, wearing, using it, etc. After removing the tags or using the product, the product is considered used and is not accepted for return by the companies.
In case the product proves to be defective after inspection by the brand manufacturing company, it is replaced or repaired at the company's discretion. Artistishop is an official reseller and not a manufacturer, so the procedure followed for defective products and repairs and replacements is that defined by the policy of each cooperating company. After the product is returned to our store, it is returned to the manufacturing company for inspection and resolution of the issue and we will inform you when we have a response from them.
