Returns & Refunds

At Artistishop.gr we want you to always be happy with your purchase, so we recommend that you contact us before placing your order by phone at 22730-27588 (store hours) or at info@artistishop.gr for the right size and design for you.

In case you are not satisfied for any reason, we are at your disposal to change the size or exchange it with any available item in the eshop.

Changes are accepted within a maximum period of 14 days from receipt of the package (the package must be returned to our address within 14 days) with a total shipping cost of 6€.

After this period, no changes or returns are accepted.

If you received something and want to exchange it, please inform us within 3 days of receipt by phone at 22730-27588 or by email info@artistishop.gr and send it back immediately after approval by our exchange department so that we can receive it within 14 days of receipt, always in its original condition with the barcode tags and the proof of purchase necessarily together in the transparent bag you have received. You can inform us in our email which item you are interested in replacing so that we can reserve it for you until your return arrives or proceed with a new virtual order to reserve the product by writing “exchange” in the comments.

If the customer does not find an item available in their size within 14 days for a change and replacement of their original purchase, they have the right to receive a credit voucher minus the exchange and cash on delivery costs and use it for a future purchase in our eshop (the credit voucher is valid for 1 year).

If you do not find something to exchange during this period, you can keep your credit balance and use it on a future purchase without any commitment for the product, in this case you will only be charged €6 in total for the shipping costs of the exchange and the new shipment. You can keep a credit for any item you have purchased from us, such as a new collection, offer, discount, Black Friday, bazaar.

Changes are NOT accepted under any circumstances in:

*Products with tampered labels, worn, washed, modified
*Products that are excessively wrinkled or soiled (e.g. make up, lipstick, deodorant)
*Sunglasses
*Swimwear (for hygiene reasons) - unless tried on over your underwear
*Shoes whose box is damaged or have been tried on more than necessary
*Products that were not notified 3 days after receipt that an exchange would be made
*Products that are missing the tag from the garment or the proof of purchase has not been included in the exchange package

For changes from abroad, you choose your own shipping company and send/receive it at your own expense. Changes - returns are not accepted outside the European Union.

The cost of the change is borne by the customer and you can use any courier you wish. Alternatively, we suggest you use our courier with our charge and a total cost of your participation/change of 6€ if you use ACS. In this case, you add a recipient charge, i.e. ours, and you deposit this amount with us or calculate it into your change cost.

Returns - changes without prior agreement with the store - approval will not be accepted and will be returned at the customer's expense.

Orders with cash on delivery that are not received by customers due to indifference or delay or refusal to receive them and are returned to us as undeliverable by the courier, in the future their next orders will not be re-sent with cash on delivery but only with payment of their order with visa / bank deposit in our eshop of the amount of the original order.

In bazaar, black friday, discount items, changes are made to the same code / number if there is availability in any of your purchases in all discount / offer periods at a cost of 6€ in total using our courier or you get a credit coupon or change with any item of the same category.
On our page there are iban / iris accounts of all banks for your convenience with zero cost / deposit fees if you make an e-banking transaction and do not have bank fees.
You can make a total withdrawal / cancellation of your order up to the stage where the parcel has not been given to the courier without any cost.
With each purchase from our store you automatically accept the above terms of purchase and changes. Special terms of offer and changes of returns apply to Black Friday products.

Right of withdrawal without justification by the customer – refunds

The CUSTOMER has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within a total period of 14 calendar days from the delivery of Online purchases. The withdrawal is made under the following conditions:

To receive a refund, please comply with the conditions set out by law and listed below and please strictly follow the return procedure: 1) Send us an email at info@artistishop.gr regarding the cancellation of your order within 3 days of receiving your package along with iban if you have paid by cash on delivery and make sure that your package has arrived within 14 days at our address Artistishop Samos 83100 tel. 22730-27588. 2) Pack it carefully and 3) necessarily include the receipt of purchase from our cashier, then deliver it to any courier of your choice 4) at your own expense (refunds are made only at your expense and not at the store's as stipulated by the law which is listed in detail in gov). Without a tag on the item and without a cash receipt inside and without a sender's charge in your package, no withdrawals will be accepted and your package will be returned back at your expense.

This withdrawal is unjustified and without any charge and if the item has already been delivered, the customer must return the product exactly in the condition in which it was received, with all its accessories, the accompanying documents and its packaging in excellent condition. The return of the item is accepted only if the buyer has first paid any amount that the company charged for sending the item to him and the shipping costs for returning the item that are borne by him.

The withdrawal declaration is exercised in writing or electronically to the email info@artistishop.gr and the COMPANY is obliged to send confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal declaration as soon as it reaches it. The products are sent together with the official cash receipt of purchase by any courier of your choice with sender's charge and always registered so that there is a guarantee and security of receipt to the address Artisti shop, loui marc shopping center, Samos 83100, tel. 22730-27588.

Following the declaration of withdrawal, the COMPANY is obliged to refund the price received within 14 days of receipt of the products.

The initial delivery shipping costs (4€ Greece, 15-35€ abroad) are not refundable, even if they have been given as a gift by our company for your purchase, nor are the cash on delivery costs (3€) because all orders are sent by courier and not by the cheapest method (postal mail).

The refund to the customer will be made by the same means by which the initial collection was made. Specifically, in the case of a charge via credit card as follows: in the event that the price has been paid to the COMPANY by the Bank by the time of withdrawal and return of the item, the COMPANY will be obliged to inform the Bank of the cancellation of the transaction and the bank will proceed with any action provided for in the contract it has drawn up with the customer. Following this notification, the company bears no responsibility for the time and manner of execution of the reversal, which is regulated by the aforementioned contract. The reversal procedure (full or partial) for credit card charges is carried out exactly as the card was charged. If the charge has been made in one go, the refund will be made in one go, while if the charge has been made in installments, then the refund will also be made in installments. In the case of payment by cash on delivery, the customer will indicate on the parcel or in an email the IBAN that he wishes to receive his refund. In the case of payment by bank transfer, the refund will also be made by bank transfer to the same account of the customer.

The customer is liable to compensate the company if he made use other than that which is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods in the period up to the declaration of withdrawal. The establishment of the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods should be based on the information provided on the outer packaging of each product, as well as the supplementary information provided by the company and in any case without opening the packaging of the products and putting the goods into operation. The company is willing to inform the customer of any question regarding the nature and functioning of the products by providing additional information material electronically or otherwise. In case of opening the packaging or putting the products into operation, their value automatically decreases as the product is classified as used and the customer must compensate the company for the reduction in the value of the product. The reduction in value from opening the packaging and subsequently from the classification of the product as used is examined on a case-by-case basis and determined by the company and is usually in the range of 20%-30%. The COMPANY is entitled to agree with the customer on its compensation even by mutual offsetting.

In the event that the products are returned damaged or incomplete, the Online Store has the right to request compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products and to proceed unilaterally and without any other party to a total or partial offset of this claim against the customer.
The returned items are from a new collection / season at full price.

Exceptions to withdrawal

There is no right of withdrawal in:

Products that are not suitable for return, for health protection or hygiene reasons, and which have been unsealed after delivery, such as personal care items or items that have close contact with the human body (such as, but not limited to, cosmetics, sunglasses, underwear, tights, swimwear, bodysuits, etc.).
Products purchased with a purchase invoice for the supply of goods manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized (pre-order products).
Products worth less than €30.
Discount items, offer items, black Friday, bazaar, promotional items as they concern products that have expired their commercial use and are warehouse/season clearance products.
