GENERAL CONDITIONS

6. CONCLUSION OF A DISTANCE AGREEMENT

6.7. The conclusion of the distance purchase-sale agreement between the Merchant and the Customer is considered to have taken place when the Customer received electronic information that the Merchant is ready to ship the Goods or service.

6.8. The information on the conclusion of the agreement and the confirmation of its receipt are considered to have been received when the recipients have access to them.

6.9. The Supplier delivers the goods to the addresses specified by the Users and is not responsible in the event of inaccurate or unclear information.

6.10. In the event that a Product and/or service has been prepaid by the Customer but cannot be delivered by the Merchant, the Merchant will inform the Customer and return the prepayment for the Product and/or service within 7 (seven) days from the date the Merchant discovered the fact or from the date the Customer expressly expressed his desire to terminate the Agreement.

ORDER

7.1. The Customer may place an order for the goods and services offered through https://www.artistishop.gr at any time, with or without registration, by following the steps listed on the Website.

7.2. By sending the Order, the Customer declares that the information provided by him is up-to-date and complete in order to complete the purchase process.

8. GOODS EXCHANGES

8.1. The customer accepts that he can exchange or return goods depending on the type and seasonality and the size of the discount

8.4. The goods must be returned in the original packaging and with all documents.

8.5. The right to change does not apply to products that are returned in poor condition, including (but not limited to) damage, stains, damaged packaging, without a tag, etc.

8.6. All our products undergo double quality control, both by the manufacturer and by us. In the event of a defective product, please contact us immediately. You are obliged to check the product when you receive your package and contact us within 3 days for a defective item. In this case, you inform us and the product is sent at our expense by General Post, necessarily with its original packaging, tags, bags and mandatory with the official tax receipt of its purchase. Any product that comes to our store without the receipt of purchase or tags will be returned immediately back to the buyer at his expense. After we receive the defective product, it is sent to the manufacturing company for quality control and a repair or replacement can be made. If this is not possible, a 1-year credit note is issued.

9. ELECTRONIC SALES POLICY

10. INVOICING – PAYMENT

10.1. All prices of Goods on the website are final in euros (EUR) and include VAT and all other contributions by law.

10.2. When creating the order, the Customer must choose among the available payment methods.

– Cash on delivery – the Customer is obliged to pay the total value of the order upon delivery of the goods to the authorized person/courier.

– Payment by bank transfer – the Customer pays the total value of the order by bank transfer to the FOROPOULOU VASILIAS account with the order number and date as the reason for payment. After receipt of the payment on the FOROPOULOU VASILIAS account, the order will be shipped.

11. DELIVERY OF GOODS

11.1. The Merchant must deliver the Goods of the order to a delivery address specified by the Customer or to a courier company office against payment or after prepayment.

11.2. The Merchant is obliged to ensure appropriate packaging for the safe transport of the goods and the relevant documents.

11.3. The Merchant is not responsible for any delays that may be caused by the carrier or third parties.

11.4. The Merchant is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate execution of the order if the Customer has provided incorrect or inaccurate information.

11.5. The delivery time of a confirmed and prepaid order is from 24 hours to 7 days from the confirmation of the order, provided that the goods are available. The delivery time may be extended in the event of official holidays and/or non-working days.

In any case of delay in delivery, the Merchant shall inform the Customer electronically.

In the event of an out-of-stock quantity, the Merchant shall inform the Customer of the possible delivery time and shall give him the option to accept the new delivery time, to refund the value of the unavailable products, to exchange with similar available products or to exchange with other available products.
