Users, when providing their information in the context of their transactions as well as with this, will be informed by Artistishop.gr Ltd. and consent and accept the upcoming processing of these personal data, for the needs of smooth and easy transaction between the parties, as well as the transmission of these data to recipients who will be specifically identified and are the employees and associates of the company in the context of the processing of the contract being drawn up.

Also, with this, the existence of the right of access and the right of objection of article 12 and 13 of Law 2472/1997 is hereby notified.

It is confirmed that only authorized employees have access to transaction information and only whenever this is necessary, e.g. for the processing of orders.

Otherwise, Artistishop.gr Ltd. undertakes not to disclose the details of customers and their transactions, unless it has written authorization from them, or this is imposed by a court decision or decision of another public authority.

The personal data declared in the online store with the Artistishop.gr trademark are used exclusively by it or its collaborating companies, for the purpose of supporting, promoting and executing the transactional relationship.

All documents and electronic data that will be exchanged between the parties in the context of the sale will be kept by Artistishop.gr Ltd. The customer may have access to them if he wishes, following all the procedures provided for by Greek law.
